Launched in 1993 in a distinctive gold color, the Clio Williams wheels immediately became the identifying symbol of a future myth.
The Clio Williams was developed to meet competition homologation requirements but also as a tribute to many Williams Formula one team which won the world championship on several occasions with a Renault engine.
